In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law"), we make this privacy notice available to you, and in this regard we inform you of the following:

1. Party responsible for the protection of your personal data: "Innovación y Nutrición Darcet" Sociedad Anónima De Capital Variable (hereinafter referred to as "HF"), with its registered address at Lope de Vega 213, Apartment 7, 7th floor, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data collected from you (hereinafter, "the personal data").
2. For what purposes will we use your personal data? Healthy Fork offers users the opportunity to purchase a Healthy Fork subscription. The Healthy Fork subscription provides access to the services and content of our Associates and/or External Providers. Our network of Associates and External Providers varies according to location, subscription level, and the wellness services offered.

This Privacy Policy covers the data we collect about you (the "Personal Data") (whether from you, your employer, an External Provider, or others) and how we store, analyze, and share your Personal Data. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, an External Provider, or other third parties.

We collect various types of Personal Data from you, as explained in more detail below, and we use this Personal Data internally in connection with our Services, which includes personalizing, providing, and improving our Services to allow you to set up a user account and a profile, to communicate with you and enable other users to contact you, and to fulfill your requests for certain products and services. In certain cases, we may also share some Personal Data with third parties, as described below.

The personal data we collect from you that is necessary to provide the service you request is used for the following primary and secondary purposes:

a) Primary Purposes that give rise to and are necessary for the legal relationship between HF and you:

• To identify you.
• To provide you with the information you request about the services provided by HF, nationwide.
• To offer promotions according to your profile.
• To keep records for follow-up of services, the provision of services in the future, and in general to follow up on any contractual relationship.
• To keep records in accordance with official Mexican regulations for the proper integration of the data into our algorithm.
• Telephone and online assistance.
• To follow up on claims.
• Regulatory compliance.

b) Secondary Purposes-. Additionally, we will use your personal data for purposes that are different from and do not give rise to the legal relationship between you and HF, but that are necessary for the requested service, allowing and helping us to provide you with better service.

• To conduct surveys to evaluate the quality of the service provided.
• To offer products, services, and promotions via email and by telephone;
• Telephone contact to learn your opinion of our services;
• To carry out offers, promotions, and advertising from our various providers via email.
• To inform you of the products and services marketed by HF.
• For marketing and advertising purposes.
• For commercial prospecting.
• For the gathering of business intelligence.

1. Refusal of the processing of personal data for secondary purposes. If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for the additional secondary purposes described above, you must send an email to support@healthy-fork.com stating the foregoing. Refusal to allow the use of your personal data for these purposes may not be grounds for us to deny you the requested service.

When we obtain personal data indirectly, you will have a period of 5 (five) business days to state, where applicable, your refusal of the processing of your personal data for secondary purposes. If you do not do so, it will be understood that you consent to the processing of personal data for such purposes, without prejudice to your subsequently deciding to exercise your rights of revocation or objection in the manner set out in sections 6 (six) and 7 (seven) of this privacy notice.

1. What personal data do we collect and use about you? To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data:

• Full name;
• Age;
• Sex;
• Date of birth;
• Home and work address;
• Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), individual
• Company name, if a legal entity;
• Tax address of the legal entity
• Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), legal entity;
• Personal telephone number and email address;
• Work telephone number and email address;
• Official identification;
• Credit Card data.
• Weight
• Size
• Height
• Race or ethnicity
• Pathological, degenerative, or congenital illnesses.
• Social media application.

4.1. Personal data of minors, or persons with disabilities or under legal guardianship. As stated in the terms and conditions, one must be at least 16 years of age, or a person under legal guardianship or with different abilities, to register as a User of the services provided by Healthy Fork and become a member. Notwithstanding the foregoing, persons under 16 years of age may use the service through an account as a Dependent, where the primary account holder's account so permits, and only if they have the participation, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian as the primary account holder.

If the account holder extends the registration opportunity to a minor and authorizes payment for this account, they will be expressly consenting to the collection and use of the minor's Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor who has registered or used the Services without your consent, please contact us and we will delete any personal data collected as soon as possible.

4.3. Personal data of third parties. For the personal data of third parties that you provide to us, you must previously have the consent of the owner of such data and inform them of the site where they can find and review this comprehensive privacy notice.

1. With whom do we share your information and for what purposes?

• Network of collaborators at HF.
• Legal institutions: any firm engaged by HF
• Businesses: Companies that have an agreement with HF.
• Systems and technology companies: For the purpose of collecting personal data to provide you with the service you request.
• Government Institutions: that duly require the information from HF.

For the fulfillment of the primary purposes set out in section 2 (two), subsection a) of this privacy notice, personal data may be transferred within and outside the country to the following individuals or legal entities, without legally requiring your consent under the terms of article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties:

• Companies: With which HF has a contract entered into or to be entered into, that is in its interest and whose purpose is to provide or supply goods or services.
• Authorities: For the purpose of complying with the corresponding legal provisions, as well as for the clarification of incidents or the exercise of a right.

Likewise, identification and contact personal data may be transferred to the following legal entities, in which cases we do require you to grant your consent:

• Companies engaged in marketing and advertising activities.- For the purpose of conducting studies, market surveys, and disseminating HF advertising
• Companies engaged in financial activities.- For the purpose of processing payment for the services provided.
• Companies engaged in promotional activities.- For the purpose of making you aware of promotions in the medical/health field.

If you do not state your refusal for us to carry out this/these transfer(s), we will understand that you have granted us your consent. You may state your refusal as of this moment by sending an email to support@healthy-fork.com, where you will be advised of the procedure to follow to exercise your right.

1. How can you access, rectify, or cancel your personal data (ARCO Rights) or object to its use?: In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of the use we give it (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in the event that it is out of date, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used appropriately (Cancellation); as well as to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you must submit the corresponding request via an email addressed to our Personal Data department at support@healthy-fork.com, which will inform you about the procedure and requirements for exercising those rights, response times, the manner in which we will give effect to your right, and will address any question, complaint, or comment you may have in this regard.

1. Mechanisms and procedure to revoke your consent. In accordance with the applicable regulations, you may revoke the consent that you may have granted us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to bear in mind that not in all cases will your request be admissible or will we be able to conclude the use immediately, since it is possible that, due to a legal obligation, we may wish to continue processing your personal data. Likewise, you must consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent implies that you may no longer be enrolled as a member in our system, or the conclusion of your relationship with us. To revoke your consent, you must send your request directly to the HF Personal Data Area, via the email support@healthy-fork.com.
2. Options available to the data owner to limit the use or disclosure of personal data

In order for you to be able to limit the use and disclosure of your personal data, in addition to the procedure and exercise of the rights contemplated in sections 6 (six) and 7 (seven) of this privacy notice, you may limit the use or disclosure of personal data in the following ways:

a) For marketing and advertising purposes, you may state your refusal by checking the box "I do not wish to receive emails", which is located at the bottom of the emails we send you.

b) Your registration in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising, which is managed by the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO), for the purpose of ensuring that your personal data is not used to receive advertising or promotions from companies offering goods or services. c) Your registration in the Public Registry of Users of the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services (CONDUSEF), for the purpose of ensuring that your personal data is not used to receive advertising or promotions from companies offering goods or services. Likewise, you may send an email to the Privacy Notice Department at support@healthy-fork.com requesting your inclusion in the "HF Advertising Exclusion List", so that we do not use your personal information for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes.

1. Use of cookies and web beacons

We inform you that our website and application at www.healthy-fork.com use cookies. "Cookies" are identifiers that we transfer to your browser or device, which allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how many people visit the pages and options of our Services, and how and when they do so. Through cookies, we may collect data about your online activity after you leave the page of our Services. For more information, please consult our Cookie Policy. Like any other usage data we collect, this data allows us to improve the Services and personalize your online experience. Our Services are not currently compatible with "Do Not Track" requests, which means that we collect data about your online activity while you use the Services.

The data collected will be for the exclusive use of HF; therefore, such data will not be subject to national or international transfers.

We reserve the right to make, at any time, amendments or updates to this privacy notice arising from new legal requirements; internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of the services or products we offer; our privacy practices; changes in our business model, or for other reasons. We undertake to keep you informed about the changes that this privacy notice may undergo. The updated version will be made available to the public through the following means:

4. Improper processing of personal data
